Our curriculum is based on a Clinic-first, “two-by-two” model. Residents each work in teams of 6, two from each year. Team members rotate between the Family Health Center rotation and the specialty rotation, ensuring that at least 3 members from each team are on the FHC rotation at all times. This maximizes patient continuity and quality of care.
