An OB/GYN provider is a doctor that has studied obstetrics and gynecology. They are experts in women’s health. Your OB/GYN will guide you from young adulthood to family planning, and through menopause.

Your OB/GYN will work with you to build a health plan unique to your needs. This may include referrals to other specialists within Independence Health System. OB/GYNs have specialized medical training in the following areas.

Pregnancy and Childbirth: We provide comprehensive pre- and postnatal care to promote the well-being of both mother and child.
Gynecology: Our OB/GYNs are skilled in diagnosing and treating a wide range of gynecological conditions.
