Professionals from Independence Health System’s Well-Being Center can lead a variety of programs tailored to suit your needs.
The Wellness Team consists of exercise physiologists, registered dietitians, registered nurses. They offer a wide range of programs, classes and strategies to help your employees pursue a healthier lifestyle that serves your bottom line and theirs.
Health screenings may include health risk assessments, blood pressure screenings, diabetes risk screening, health coaching, body composition and others. Health and wellness programs provide education, motivation, instruction and support, and include a variety of themes with many customized to meet your specific needs.
