Wellness Checks

Wellness Checks are an affordable community multiphasic blood analysis available to all community members. This panel blood test is an out of pocket cost. Independence Health System partners with the Rotary, Kiwanis and volunteer fire departments to present these screenings as a benefit to our community and those we serve.

A portion of all proceeds is returned to our community sponsors to benefit local scholarships and recreation programs. Cash and checks accepted. Please make checks payable to the sponsoring organization and please have your payment ready before arriving to the testing site. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. Please contact the Call Center at 877-771-1234 (select option 3) to register or click here to register online. Walk-ins WILL NOT be accepted at this time, due to COVID-19 restrictions. You must fast for eight hours before your test.
