Clarion Hospital Outpatient Rehabilitation Services to relocate to the Clarion Health Complex

The move will support continued access to physical, occupational and speech therapy services
CLARION, Pa., Independence Health System Clarion Hospital Outpatient Rehabilitation Services, a service provided by Clarion Rehabilitation Services, will relocate from Sportsman Drive to a new, larger outpatient space on the third floor of the Clarion Health Complex, 24 Doctors Lane, Suite 300, conveniently located across the parking lot from Clarion Hospital.
Patients will be seen at the new location starting Aug. 31. The expanded space will continue to offer outpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapy services, while inpatient care will continue at Clarion Hospital. Hours will remain 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday.
“This new space allows us to better serve our patients while continuing to provide the expert care our community has come to know,” said Amy Sailor, MLLS, MS, CCC-SLP, director of Rehabilitation Services at Clarion Hospital. “Our therapists work as a team to promote continuity of care and help patients achieve the best possible outcomes.”
The outpatient rehabilitation team provides physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy for patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery, as well as those managing chronic or complex conditions. Care includes treatment for orthopedic and neurological conditions, stroke recovery, concussion care, vertigo, pulmonary dysfunction, arthritis, and Parkinson’s disease.
Specialty services include pelvic floor therapy, lymphedema treatment, pediatric therapy, massage therapy, swallow evaluations, cognitive therapy, and vestibular rehabilitation.

The rehabilitation team includes 30 professionals, including physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, occupational therapists, certified occupational therapy assistants, speech-language pathologists and athletic trainers.
