BUTLER, Pa., Aug. 20, 2026 —Independence Health System is expanding primary care services with the addition of Chelsea Grey, DO, to its Saxonburg primary care office, located at 101 Alwine Road.
Dr. Grey earned a bachelor's degree in biology from Gannon University and a medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed a family medicine residency at Indiana Regional Medical Center, where she served as a junior chief resident.
Dr. Grey is active in professional organizations, including the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians and the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association, and is committed to promoting community health through outreach and education programs.

Dr. Grey is accepting new patients and provides comprehensive family medicine services for patients of all ages, from newborns through older adulthood. Services include preventive care, diagnosis and treatment of common illnesses and injuries, osteopathic manipulative treatments, and the management of a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions.
