Programs are developed and led by licensed professionals and aimed at making sure employees become healthy and remain healthy. Offerings range from wellness screenings, wellness fairs and coaching, to fitness classes and programs on nutrition and weight management, plus support groups on a variety of specialized areas. The programs are flexible and tailored to individual needs – from one-time “Lunch & Learn” educational conversations at the worksite to ongoing fitness and exercise classes at our campuses.
