Independence Health System Announces Addition of New Urology Team

GREENSBURG, PA, April 2, 2026 ─ Independence Health System has expanded its urology department with the addition of three board-certified physicians: Geoffrey Bisignani, MD; Norman Gebrosky, MD; and Stephanie Rubino, MD, as well as three physician assistants. The health system is also actively recruiting for physician and physician assistant roles. 

Dr. Bisignani earned his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and completed his residency at Pennsylvania State University. Dr. Gebrosky also earned his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and completed his residency at the West Virginia University School of Medicine. Dr. Rubino earned her medical degree from MCP Hahnemann University and completed her residency at the University of Connecticut. Collectively, they bring more than eight decades of experience to the medical staff at Westmoreland Hospital. 

The three physician assistants joining the health system are Noah Belak, PA-C; Jennifer Milligan, PA-C; and John Sullivan, PA-C

The urologists at Independence Health System treat patients with a broad range of urologic conditions, including kidney disorders, bladder conditions, prostate issues, urinary disorders, as well as providing comprehensive urologic care. Treatment plans may include surgical or non-surgical options such as minimally invasive procedures, medications or lifestyle modifications. The care team is committed to helping patients manage symptoms, improve function and enhance overall quality of life.
