Westmoreland/Frick Hospital Foundation 2025 Golf Outing

Fairways, Fall, and Fundraising – a perfect match for a great cause. The Westmoreland/Frick Hospital Foundation proudly sponsored the 34^th Annual Golf Outing on September 19th, 2025 at the Greensburg Country Club. Our golfers played with a purpose – to raise funds that support Frick Hospital initiatives that improve patient care, purchase new equipment and technology, and aid in vital programs for the communities that we serve.

Over the last 10 years, the Foundation has raised an estimated $1,000,000 for Frick Hospital at the annual golf outing. This does not happen without our committed and valued vendor partners, physicians, and colleagues who all dedicate their time (and golfing talent) to tee off at this event.

Proceeds from the event will help fund important initiatives at Frick Hospital that include a much anticipated second-floor expansion to accommodate greater capacity for surgery and GI patients along with other important upcoming projects. Frick Hospital is growing and adapting to meet patient and community demand for additional healthcare services closer to home. An example is our new Center for OB/GYN at Frick Hospital that has proudly served over 6,000 patients in their first year.

Brian Fritz, President of Westmoreland Latrobe and Frick Hospitals, and Anthony Cancro, Chief Development Officer, provided opening remarks that echoed the important role that charitable funding plays in growing new service lines at Frick Hospital and meeting patient demand within the Mount Pleasant community and beyond.

A special thank you to Mr. Ronald Eberhardt, long-standing Board Member of the Westmoreland Frick Hospital Foundation, for his tireless efforts in Chairing the annual Frick Golf Outing and ensuring a fun day for fundraising.
