Kayla Ellis, CRNP, brings nearly two decades of healthcare experience to her role at Independence Health System, with the past 10 years dedicated to serving her community as an advanced practice provider. A proud member of the town she calls home, Kayla is passionate about delivering compassionate, evidence-based care in women’s health and pediatrics. She also enjoys working occasional shifts within the health system at the Latrobe Location for Primary Care Weekends.
Kayla is a strong advocate for women’s rights and informed consent, striving to empower her patients through education and personalized care. She is deeply committed to community-based medicine and values building lasting relationships with the families she serves.
Outside of work, Kayla enjoys spending time outdoors and embracing new adventures. She is a proud mother of two and stays actively involved in their school activities, cheering them on as they grow into kind, responsible young adults.
