Alexandra S. Gabrielli, MD

About the Provider

Alexandra S. Gabrielli, MD, is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon who joined Tri Rivers Musculoskeletal Centers in 2024, seeing patients in its Cranberry/Mars and North Hills offices. She is a member of Tri Rivers’ Hip and Knee Reconstruction team. Dr. Gabrielli received her medical degree at Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine and completed her orthopedic surgery residency/clinician-scientist track at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. She then completed a fellowship in adult reconstruction at Rothman Orthopaedic Institute in Philadelphia. Dr. Gabrielli's practice focuses on total hip replacements, which include the direct anterior approach, partial and total knee replacements, robotic-assisted hip and knee surgeries, complex revision work for joint replacements and general orthopedics. Dr. Gabrielli is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the American Academy of Hip and Knee Surgeons.
